Payment is due at the time services are rendered. If you have any special considerations regarding payment, please discuss this with the receptionist prior to seeing the doctor. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an appointment or surgery under any circumstances please contact us at least 24 hours prior to the originally scheduled time. If you need to cancel within that 24 hour window there is a 'No Show Fee' applied to the account. We understand life is full of uncertainties & will do our best to help accommodate our patients.
